Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled. ** Please be mindful to cancel appointments within my 24 hour grace period! Failure will result in forfeit of your deposit! There is 10 mins late grace period. After 10 mins, your appointment maybe subjected to cancellation. You will forfeit your deposit and will need to rebook. If you need to use your curtesy grace period please notify me before your scheduled appointment.** ** All deposits are non-refundable. You may transfer your deposit once to reschedule your cancelled appointment. Cancellation Policy
**Please ensure you are confirming your appointments! No confirmation will result in a cancellation**
**PLEASE text (734) 896 - 1205 if you are running behind to your appointment. I understand life happens and open communication is appreciated. If you arrive late, a tinted base will be used and art will not be an option.
*If you are going to arrive more than 15 minutes late, please understand that I won’t be able to complete the service and the fee stands.
*There is a 24hr Cancellation Policy- Cancellation with less than 24hrs of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the total service. Failure to do so WILL result in FORFEIT of your deposit! Deposits are TRANSFERABLE for rescheduling! Excessive cancellations or a no show will result in a ban from future bookings.
